What I Do
I’m involved in many areas of the business, from recruitment and client management to compliance support, marketing, and team development. I help find and recruit great candidates, support the team with compliance, and act as the go-to person for any queries or support. I’m also responsible for training new members of staff, sharing my knowledge and helping them settle into the team.
Why Recruitment?
I enjoy working with people and have a passion for a busy, fast-paced office environment. I love the variety that comes with meeting new candidates, building relationships with clients, and supporting with compliance. With previous experience as a Sports Coach within schools, along with a strong understanding of Teaching Standards and Safeguarding, education recruitment is a perfect fit for me.
